Philosophy

My life is a poem. My mind and my body
assume the changing posture of the ideal
poet I want to be. I write (and read) poetry
every singing day.
For me, words are wonderfully musical and physical
objects that dance.
Words dance between sounds,
soundings, and understandings. Poet and Reader
dance intimately in this way. Poetry is the glorious
marriage between the literal and the figurative,
the objective and the subjective, and it is
powerfully human in that we all do it
every dancing day.
